Where are all the protests? Where are all the protesters? Where is all the "righteous indignation"? Where are all the marches? Where is all the kneeling? Where are all the tee shirts with victims' pictures? Where are all the murals labeling these victims as heroes, martyrs, saints? Where are all the funerals with thousands in attendance?

Pretty sad, wouldn't you say?
