Impero Software Appoints Richard Cremona to its Board of Directors

Student safety leader Impero has named Richard Cremona to its board of directors.

Cremona, who is based in Chicago, will bring his vast experience in business, security and technology to Impero to support its continued expansion worldwide. Cremona has extensive experience in leading technology companies. Most recently, he served as chief executive officer and vice chairman of the board of the OpSec Security Group, a global leader in authentication and brand protection solutions. He has also held senior level positions with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Sprint Communications, Openwave Systems and Kentrox throughout his extensive career.
