Vehicle emission testing resumes in Waukegan

Vehicle emissions testing has resumed at the Waukegan facility, 2161 Northwestern Ave. All other facilities had reopened June 1 but those in Waukegan and Markham were used for COVID-19 drive-through testing. Those were relocated so those facilities have resumed normal operations. Visitors should not use emissions facilities if under self-quarantine, isolation or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. One person per vehicle will be allowed with no pets. Visitors should wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
