McHenry County Board members to host town hall on senior services

McHenry County Board members Paula Yensen and Suzanne Ness will co-host a virtual town hall meeting from 2 to 3:15 p.m. Thursday to discuss senior care services related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Joining Yensen and Ness in the meeting will be Leslie Edstrom, director of planning, grants and program development for AgeGuide, Thomas Annarella, administrator of Valley Hi Nursing and Rehab in Woodstock, and Micki Miller, executive director of Senior Services Associates.

The experts will talk about what they have learned during the pandemic, and how to move forward in a way that protects seniors, while ensuring a high quality of life.
