Barrington's White House presents Jazz Pizazz Sampler

Barrington's White House is pleased to present its new online series, Virtual Arts and Culture.

Mark your calendars for the Jazz Pizazz Sampler, which will be live streamed from Barrington's White House at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 13. Featured hits will include "Fly Me to the Moon," "Night and Day" and more, plus teasers "Embraceable You" and "The Man I Love" from their upcoming "Go Gershwin" jazz/dance show.

At Ms. Senior America 2018, Top 10 finalist Kimberly Albrecht's vocal performance was described by Time magazine as "epic." A lyric coloratura soprano, Albrecht first sang jazz with the University of Michigan Jazz Ensemble, and has performed a variety of musical styles throughout the Chicago area for more than 35 years.

Chicago-based Marianne Kim is a gifted composer, pianist, organist and harpsichordist. She has been noted for her vibrant performances and compositions in a variety of musical styles, such as classical, jazz, Broadway musical, R&B, gospel, traditional and contemporary church music.

Renowned musician Nick Schneider is rated as one of the top bass players in jazz today. He has performed with such greats as Randy Brecker, Eddie Higgins, Buddy Rich Big Band, Teddy Wilson and The Tonight Show Band.

This performance will be streamed via Instagram Live and Facebook Live. All events are free. Registration is requested at www.barringtonswhitehouse.com/events.
