Do we have the will to truly confront racism?
Institutional racism is just a cliché until and unless you define it. Without that, you can never change it.
Traffic stops: Why is the driver nervous? Why is the policeman nervous? What is the root cause? How do you address the cause?
Poor school results: Why do suburban schools excel and urban schools fail? What is the cause (no holds barred)?
Throwing money at problems doesn't work. The only answer is real, nonpolitical discussions with neutral arbiters
We know how to fix the Post Office but have no political will to do so. I think we know how to fix racism, institutional or otherwise but do we have the will?
