Virtual museum week

Aurora Museum Week is set to run in virtual format through Saturday, with one participating museum each day providing live content, videos and activities for children and families.

The week began with SciTech Hands On Museum presenting activities on Monday.

It continues Tuesday with activities from the Aurora Regional Fire Museum, Wednesday with Blackberry Farm, Thursday with Aurora Public Art, Friday with the Aurora Historical Society and Saturday with the GAR Memorial Museum.

Families are invited to visit the Facebook pages of participating venues throughout the week as they work to fill the void of summer programming because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
