Lake County gets grant for COVID-19 safety

The Lake County Board's health and community services committee will meet remotely Tuesday morning to discuss buying personal protective equipment and making other purchases with a newly received $103,435 federal grant.

The money also will pay for laptop computers, Zoom licenses, tent setup and rental for coronavirus testing, laboratory testing, and additional cleaning efforts.
