Elk Grove Village Launches Customer Self-Service Portal for Water Billing

As part of Elk Grove Village's ongoing efforts to improve customer service and provide easier access to information for water billing customers, the Village of Elk Grove recently launched the new Customer Self-Service Portal (CSS). It is now easier than ever to view and pay a water bill online!

This new service allows residents and businesses to access and manage their accounts from the convenience and comfort of their home. Major features of the self-service portal include the ability to set up automatic payments, view payment history and view consumption history for the past 12 months. Customers can also use the portal to sign up to receive electronic bills (e-bills) to reduce paper waste. With e-billing, an e-mail notification will be sent when a water bill is available to view. Account users can also use the portal to update their mailing address and phone number.

CSS is mobile friendly and available on all mobile platforms. This new service is free to all residential and commercial customers and is available 24/7. Residents and businesses can register at www.elkgrove.org/css.
