Front-page irony

Did anyone else see the irony between the two articles on the front page of the Saturday, May 16, Daily Herald: "Northwest suburbs join call to be separate" basically stating that several Northwest suburbs want to be excluded from the governor's stay-at-home order for the Chicago area under the Restore Illinois plan and "Cook is now the county with the most COVID-19 cases in the U.S."?
