No-utensils carryout

Like many others, I am ordering carryout instead of eating in restaurants these days. Also, almost every one of those meals comes home where I have reusable silverware. Restaurant operators, save yourselves a little money and please change your default carryout order to no utensils please. Even when I specially request no utensils, I get them nine times out of 10. And I really appreciate restaurants that use plastic packaging instead of styrofoam, which increases the chances that the packaging will actually be recycled.
