Paying for others' choices

Last time I checked, my taxes are paying for the forest preserve, including the parking lots. If I can only get to use them part of the time, I should reduce my payment accordingly.

It's time people take some personal responsibility and social distance without having to be monitored by the government and then looking to the government to help them out of their poor decisions. It's getting really old for those of us that do the right thing to continually have to pay for the bad judgment of others.
