Hanover Township recognized for financial reporting

Hanover Township has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States for an eighth consecutive year for its comprehensive annual financial report.

The certificate is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting.

"Each year the officials and staff spend a significant amount of time in preparing our comprehensive financial report with our auditor to present the highest quality of financial records to the residents and this award reflects that hard work," said Hanover Township Supervisor Brian P. McGuire.
