CDW to hold virtual stockholders meeting

LINCOLNSHIRE - CDW Corp. said it will hold its 2020 annual meeting of stockholders by means of remote communication, due to concerns over the coronavirus pandemic.

The annual meeting will be held at 7:30 a.m. May 21 at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/CDW2020. As described in the proxy materials for the annual meeting previously distributed, stockholders as of the close of business on March 25, 2020, are entitled to participate in the annual meeting. To participate, stockholders will need the 16-digit control number included in the proxy materials previously delivered to such stockholders.

A notice regarding the change to a virtual-only meeting is being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
