Wauconda library launches chat service
The Wauconda Area Library has launched a chat service that connects patrons with staffers during the COVID-19 shutdown. Employees will be available on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to answer questions via email at patronservices@wauclib.org or via an online chat feature at wauclib.org. Patrons also can leave messages for employees at (847) 526-6225. Calls will be returned within 24 hours.
