Huntley man, 18, charged with three counts of car burglary

Huntley Police have charged an 18-year-old Huntley man with three counts of car burglary, a Class 3 felony, after receiving reports of vehicle entries Tuesday morning.

Alexander V. Manov, a resident of Brighton Lane, has been charged with burglarizing multiple vehicles, according to a Huntley Police Department news release.

Police received reports that several vehicles had been entered or tampered with early Tuesday morning. The vehicles were burglarized on the 9900 block of Bedford Drive and the 9800 block of Bennington Drive, the news release stated.

Huntley Police conducted an investigation and identified Manov as the suspect, according to the news release, and were also able to recover some of the stolen items during their investigation.
