#GivingTuesdayNOW on May 5

The nonprofit directory Naperville Gives is promoting Tuesday, May 5 as #GivingTuesdayNOW to help meet the needs of charitable organizations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Naperville Gives directs people in need to services available through more than 50 local nonprofits and also connects people who want to volunteer to these same organizations. The organization calls on anyone who can donate to "help the helpers" who are responding to the pandemic by volunteering or donating to a local nonprofit May 5.

#GivingTuesdayNOW is designed to be a day of giving and unity.
