Donald Trump, leader of our time

It's interesting reading the Opinion pages these days. Particularly, the never Trumpers' opinion pieces. It's like, if Trump cured cancer today, the fake news media would complain Trump should have cured cancer sooner.

Friedrich Nietzsche wrote, "Sometimes people don't want to know the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed." That explains many in the Democratic Party. They hate that President Trump is so successful.

When I hear a criticism of how Trump is handling the coronavirus pandemic, I will ask, have you listened to the daily presidential coronavirus briefings in their entirety? The answer is always, "NO." I ask them to watch just one day and they will see that President Trump is relying on his experts and utilizing every asset to get us through this crisis.

Of course, the only way to hear from the experts uninterrupted is to watch Fox News because the likes of MSNBC and CNN won't cover the news conferences in their entirety because it makes the president look good.

Well, common sense would dictate, if the news conferences make President Trump look good, he's probably doing something right, right?

As I write this, Trump's favorability rating is 60% on his handling of the pandemic. Imagine if Trump received fair coverage.

Take it from me. Trump is doing everything we want a leader to do. He's nimble, flexible and decisive, while leading our country and putting our country and all its citizens first.

A couple of things I will remind those who want to know the truth. 1) Watch the decision-makers directly. Don't rely on the talking heads. 2) Any politician that voted to impeach President Trump, and we all know it was a farce, does not deserve to be reelected to any office.
