District 211 students organize Chefs Against Covid fundraiser

Students of Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 have organized a charity project and GoFundMe program called Chefs Against Covid that allows people to donate money to local restaurants most affected during the pandemic.

Using these donations, the restaurants can then provide meals for hospitals, first responders, nurses, health care workers and anyone else who may need the assistance and support.

As of Wednesday afternoon, the effort had reached 25% of its initial $2,500 goal.
