Loyola Medicine establishes funds to help with virus response
Loyola Medicine has established two philanthropic funds to provide for needs that arise because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Loyola Medicine COVID-19 Medical Response Fund will be used immediately to address needs related to regional care for virus patients. The Loyola Medicine Colleague Assistance Fund will assist employees who experience financial problems during the pandemic.
Funds will help buy or lease equipment, supplies and technology and provide telehealth visits so patients can access virtual appointments with physicians while in quarantine. Funds also will help pay staffing expenses.
