I would like to commend our governors, both Democrat and Republican for how they're handling the COVID-19 crisis. It's their leadership that is seeing us through this. Gov. PritzKer, like his counterparts from other states, is giving out clear, well-organized information based on science and the well-being of the people in this country.

It's a very stark contrast to how President Donald Trump is handling the situation. First the initial inaction that put this country behind the 8-ball. Then his variety of inaccurate statements, and the dangerous timeline to lift the stay-in-place recommendation. He literally had to be convinced by doctors to keep the order. Many people will remain safe because of the doctors, not Trump. So again, thank you, governors, for being the voice of reason.

You're the ones everyone should be listening to.
