Watch Barrington chamber Facebook pages for latest news

The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce is keeping tabs on COVID-19 resources and the impact of the coronavirus on local businesses.

The chamber has also launched two Facebook Groups to help local businesses manage the challenges of COVID-19:

• The Barrington Area Takeout, Delivery, Shop Small Group is a public page where restaurants and small businesses can post new hours, delivery and pickup services, and new ways to shop for products.

• The Barrington Area Business Forum is a B2B resource to share ideas and solutions for working together through COVID-19.

The public is encouraged to visit and "Like" the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce Facebook page, join one of the new Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce Facebook groups, and visit the chamber website for the latest newsletters and information at www.barringtonchamber.com.

The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce is a clearing house of information for the Barrington area, producing two comprehensive community resource publications each year.

The new Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce Community Guide was just published and is now available. The Barrington Area Regional Magazine & Resource Directory is published every September, and the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce website directory manages thousands of targeted searches for local business.

The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce, www.BarringtonChamber.com, founded in 1969, is an association of nearly 900 member businesses representing more than 1,800 business people dedicated to the success and prosperity of the 11 regional communities it serves: Barrington, Barrington Hills, Deer Park, Inverness, Kildeer, Lake Barrington, Long Grove, North Barrington, Port Barrington, South Barrington and Tower Lakes.
