Hot tub store donates disinfectant concentrate to post office
The Turbo Tubs hot tub showroom in Naperville donated 10 cases of disinfectant concentrate to the Naperville post office - enough to make 320 gallons of hand-trigger spray disinfectant to help fight the spread of the coronavirus.
Owner Jay Barma said he donated the "Splish Splash" solution last week after learning it was approved for use against COVID-19 and hearing the post office had run out of hand sanitizer for use in its internal routing area.
He said he decided to donate the supply because it could help reduce the threat of contamination amid postal workers and the general public through receiving mail, and because he can purchase more sanitizer concentrate from his vendor.
