Schaumburg Parks close Bison's Bluff Playground

Out of an abundance of caution over the COVID-19 outbreak, the Schaumburg Park District has closed Bison's Bluff Nature Playground at Spring Valley Nature Center through March 29.

Trails at Spring Valley will remain open, officials said.

With the continuing spread of the coronavirus, park district officials said they are taking all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of their guests and staff.

As the situation continues to evolve, cancellations and closure information at the Schaumburg Park District may change.
