Palatine village council members are to gather for a meeting Monday night expected to include consideration of a proposed location shift for Chicago Culinary Kitchen. The session is set for 7 p.m. in the council chambers at village hall, 200 E. Wood St. Currently in a mall at Northwest Highway and Quentin Road, the restaurant is seeking a special-use permit to move into vacant space in a strip mall on the southeast corner of Lake-Cook and Hicks roads.
