SAT exam canceled at Glenbard North, Glenbard South

Glenbard North and Glenbard West students will have a little more time to prepare for their college entrance SAT exam.

Test taking scheduled for Saturday at the Carol Stream and Glen Ellyn schools has been canceled. Students should visit the College board website for details and more information about rescheduling at Collegeboard.org.

Nearly 150 testing centers across the country have pulled the plug on their administration of the SAT exam amid coronavirus concerns, according to the U.S. News & World Report.

Glenbard High School District 87 also has suspended the Glenbard Parent Series, a yearlong program of author visits and speaker forums, the Bilingual Parent Advisory Council and Families United for Students' Excellence events.
