Judge candidate is experienced, fair

Judge Patricia M Fallon is seeking election to the Cook County circuit court for the 12th Judicial Subcircuit, which includes Wheeling, Elk Grove, Maine, Northfield and New Trier Townships. Born and educated in Chicago and residing in the suburbs, Judge Fallon was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to this position in July of last year following the retirement of the Honorable Kay Hanlon. Judge Fallon had previously been an Assistant Cook County State's Attorney and has spent the bulk of her professional life working in public service.

Judge Fallon has 18 years of litigation experience in employment, labor and civil rights-including both federal and state- court litigation. She has long recognized the need for our judiciary to treat everyone equally and with respect. She is viewed by her colleagues as a fair and balanced judge.

Having met her a few weeks ago in person, it was clear that her desire to work for the good of the residents of Cook County was foremost in her mind in seeking the office. We would all be served well by having her elected to continue her fine work representing the citizens of Cook County.
