Large gatherings canceled by Palatine Township District 15
Although Palatine Township Elementary District 15 schools remain open, officials announced Thursday they are canceling large-group gatherings, as recommended by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Officials also announced that before and after-school clubs, sporting events, evening activities and assemblies are canceled until further notice. The decision also includes all school field trips and the use of District 15 buildings by outside organizations.
