Promenade of Art in downtown Arlington Heights in June

Amdur Productions has announced the 18th annual Promenade of Art will be at the intersection of Campbell Street and Vail Avenue in downtown Arlington Heights from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21.

The free festival will have works from about 130 lauded artists from across the country in mediums including paintings, flat arts, jewelry, furniture, ceramic, wearables, fashion, accessories and sculptures.

New this year will be "Battle of the Brushes," a head-to-head creative faceoff between some of the festival's top artists creating work live on stage. In addition to the art, there will be food vendors and kid-friendly activities such as a graffiti wall.

Amdur has highlighted the American Cancer Society as the beneficiary of its Green Ribbon Project. Amdur will donate 10% of proceeds from booths showcasing a green ribbon donated to the cancer society.
