Agency boosts work of non-profits
In regards to "Aurora promotes new hub for nonprofits and entrepreneurs," I'd like to share more about what Thrive does.
I'm a junior at NIU majoring in Nonprofit and NGO studies working with Dr. Schatteman at Thrive. Thrive offers much-needed resources for nonprofits and social entrepreneurs, such as low-cost space that consists of offices, desks and board meeting space and workshops and training that aim to expand the knowledge and skill sets of these leaders. More specifically, Dr. Schatteman and I provide executive coaching and Thrive will have financial experts available in the future as well.
Nonprofits and social entrepreneurs do important work in their communities, and while their impacts are applauded, necessary resources continue to go unnoticed. Not only does Thrive support nonprofits and social entrepreneurs, but also spreading awareness of the necessity for support for these organizations.
