Try some different plans

I don't like plans A or B. I am hereby requesting Gov. Pritzker to consider plans C & D. Plan C is to increase the current flat income tax rate to whatever it would need to be to generate the revenue currently envisioned in his plan A. Plan A relies on passage of the graduated income tax amendment that I do not support. I would also appreciate the honesty and transparency of the information this would provide.

Plan D is to further increase the current flat income tax to whatever is needed to allow for decreasing residential property tax rates by 75% (resulting residential property taxes only 25% of what they are now) and have the state be the source of all school funding with no reliance on local property taxes.
