Arlington Heights asking residents to weigh in on CDBG spending

Arlington Heights is asking residents to take an online survey on how the village should spend its annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds.

The village receives about $260,000 in CDBG money each year through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for housing and community development projects to assist low- and moderate-income residents.

The survey, available at http://bit.ly/2SPVC89, takes less than 10 minutes to complete. If a computer or assistance is needed to complete the survey, residents can visit the Department of Planning & Community Development in village hall, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road. Assistance is available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
