Libertyville mayor to answer residents' questions about sales-tax referendum

Libertyville Mayor Terry Weppler will hold three meet-and-greet sessions regarding the non-home rule sales tax referendum on the March 17 primary ballot.

Residents can ask about the referendum, as well as other village-related items. The sessions are 9 to 10:30 a.m. Feb. 22, at Panera Bread, 832 S. Milwaukee Ave.; 10 to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 28, at the Libertyville Civic Center, 135 W. Church St.; and 9 to 10:30 a.m. March 14, at Birdy's Coffee House, 725 N. Milwaukee Ave.
