Waukegan cops to host landlord training

A landlord training program is set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the Waukegan Police Department, 101 West St. Police officials said the program is for landlords who own property in the city and will provide a practical guide to help keep illegal activities out of rental properties.
