Unfair punishment

President Trump has stated that Pete Rose should be allowed into the baseball Hall of Fame. If President Trump thinks that Rose should be allowed into the hall, then shouldn't the President release former Gov. Rod Blagovitch from prison? They are both being unfairly punished!
