Ballots available in Lake County

Ballots for the March 17 primary election are available in Lake County to vote by mail or early. To vote by mail, a ballot application must be received at the Lake County Clerk's office, 18 N. County St., Waukegan, by Thursday, March 12. A voted ballot must be hand-delivered to clerk's office by 7 p.m. on Election Day or mailed with a postmark no later than March 17.

Early voting begins Monday, March 2 at 16 sites. Dates and hours vary.
