Chicago Combat Veteran Uses Woodworking To Ease Post Deployment Stress

Bobby Curtis is a man on a mission. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he returned to the United States with a need to be productive.

Several combat deployments had left him with a burning need to serve his fellow veterans and to make a difference in his community. Once he returned, he launched Patriotic Frog, a woodworking business he runs from home with his wife, Rhonda.

Bobby started by focusing on Marine Corps and SEAL units, but eventually expanded to other branches of service and business logos.

Orders started to pour in and he was featured in Veteran owned SHIFT Advanced Life Design Magazine.

Bobby keeps his business overhead low by working out of his home and focuses on providing the best in customer service and a short order to fulfilment time. He credits his time as a US Marine as the source of his work ethic and discipline.
