• Javier V. Gonzalez, 44, of the 500 block of Hoyles Avenue, Aurora, was arrested and charged with obstructing identification and driving while license suspended after a traffic stop at 4:08 p.m. Saturday at Farnsworth Avenue and Liberty Street in Aurora for having a cracked windshield and talking on a cellphone, according to a sheriff's report. He also was wanted on two warrants for obstructing identification, the report said.

• A window at Recovery Center of America, 41W400 Silver Glen Road, St. Charles, was reported broken at 5:58 a.m. Saturday and $150 in copper wire and tools stolen. An estimated $300 damage was caused to the window.
