Batavia Mothers' Club Foundation seeks area charities for disbursements

The Batavia Mothers' Club Foundation announced applications are now available for its 2020 annual philanthropic disbursements.

Applications are available at www.bataviamothersclub.org/philanthropy/ or by emailing philanthropic@bataviamothersclub.org and requesting an application.

Completed applications are due by Sunday, March 15.

In 2019, the Batavia Mothers' Club Foundation donated almost $38,000 to local charities and the Batavia public schools through its annual philanthropic disbursement program.

Awards have ranged from hundreds to several thousand dollars, depending on the need and impact of the charitable organization on its mission of improving the lives of children and families in the Fox Valley area.

Recipients of 2019-2020 funds will be announced in May with a disbursement reception to follow.

The Batavia Mothers' Club Foundation is a nonprofit organization, founded in 1934, dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, women and families in the Fox Valley area. Each year, the club donates over $30,000 to local charities and the Batavia public schools, whose activities support this mission.
