Entre names Donohue asset management chief

Entre Commercial Realty LLC in Arlington Heights announced Tim Donohue has joined the firm as director of asset management.

As a principal in newly created Entre Asset Management LLC along with Entre Principals Dan Benassi, SIOR, Dan Jones, SIOR, and Mike DeSerto, Donohue will lead the company's continued expansion of its third-party property management services.

Donohue joins Entre from CTK Asset Services. He brings more than 30 years of property management expertise along with a portfolio of assets that immediately expands the comany's footprint in the Midwest and broadens its asset mix into more retail and office properties.

Also joining from CTK is Jim Haran, property manager and joining from Duff & Phelps is Lorenzo Marrone, property manager. The team's philosophy is simple: "We treat our clients' properties as if they are our own."
