The Democrats' miscarriage of law

The continuance by Schiff and conspirators of what they are attributing to Trump's motivation regarding this subject is a miscarriage of well-established system of law. The mere thought of a crime is not the same as committing a crime. Imagine Schiff's thinking applied to our law. It would double or even triple the workload and deal with a highly intangible issue like what we are dealing with at this time. These kinds of issues would be endless.
