MRA promotes Grube to director; hires Schafer as member manager

MRA - The Management Association announced it has promoted Valerie Grube to director, recruiting & retention services and hired Tonya Schaefer as a new member relations manager.

Grube has worked for MRA for three years. As the team lead in recruiting, Grube contributed to a 150% growth from 2016 through 2018. As manager this past year, she led to an additional increase in revenue. As director, she will continue serving and growing recruiting and retention services for MRA members.

Schaefer will be based out of MRA's Palatine office and will cover Lake County. Schaefer brings a strong background in account management and has a great personality to talk with MRA members at all levels within an organization. Her genuine personality, along with a can-do attitude are contagious and will be an asset to the MRA's Member Relations efforts.
