Dover appoints Bors as HR chief
DOWNERS GROVE - Dover has announced that Kimberly Bors has been appointed senior vice president, human resources and will report to Richard J. Tobin, president and chief executive officer.
Bors will serve as an officer of the company and will be responsible for all global human resources functions, including compensation, benefits, HR operations, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development and team engagement.
Bors most recently served as the senior vice president and chief human resources officer of The Mosaic Company, a $10 billion global mining and chemical processing company. Previously, Bors held executive-level positions at Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, IDEX and Brunswick. She holds an MBA concentrating in finance and management and a Bachelor's
degree in organizational behavior and management, both from the University of Houston.
She also serves on the board of the American Heart Association and Kohl Children's Museum of Greater Chicago, and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
