Amanda Schiff named campus recruiter for Northwestern Mutual-Rosemont

Northwestern Mutual - Chicago, a leading financial planning firm with offices in downtown Chicago, Deerfield, Oak Brook and Rosemont, has named Amanda Schiff campus recruiter for the Rosemont district office.

"Amanda will provide college students and recent graduates with an opportunity to get a hands-on learning experience as they discover a career with impact and purpose," said Thomas J. Canale, Managing Director. "We're looking forward to her deepening our relationships with select colleges through active recruitment and selection of top-tier, motivated college students."

Northwestern Mutual-Chicago has two programs for young professionals to explore the career of a financial representative. The Top 10 internship program is designed for junior and senior college students to learn about themselves, the world of business and the profound impact of helping young individuals plan for their financial security. It also allows students to expand their professional network and develop lifelong skills.

Northwestern Mutual-Chicago's Career Development Program is designed for recent graduates that enable young professionals to grow their skills, gain knowledge and expertise to serve as the foundation of a career as a financial representative through extensive training, coaching and mentoring.

Schiff joined Northwestern Mutual in 2017 as an Office Administrator and was named an Internship Coordinator in 2019, a position she held until being promoted to this new role. She has earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development from National Lewis University and a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Science from Eastern Illinois University.
