Woman taken to hospital after Libertyville crash

One person was hurt in a Libertyville crash Saturday afternoon, authorities said.

A woman was turning into the Peterson Road entrance of Walgreens, 1770 N. Milwaukee Ave., around 3:45 p.m. when her vehicle slid on ice and hit the curb, according to Libertyville Fire Department Battalion Chief Brian Connor. The woman was taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville with minor injuries, Connor said.
