Join Elgin Bike Hub's 'Full Moon Ride' Jan. 10

Join the Elgin Bike Hub's "Full Moon Ride" at 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, at Advocate Park, 179 E. Chicago St. in Elgin. This will be a moderate pace ride for a few miles throughout the core neighborhoods of Elgin. Join us for this social night ride!

Reminder: Illinois State law requires bike riders to have a clear light on the front and a red reflector or a red light on the back for night time riding. That would be the minimum attempt for safety, so let's all be easy to see on the street.

You must sign the 2020 annual ride waiver at waiver.fr/p-SDLTu.

On Sunday, Jan. 19, a "Hot Chocolate Ride" will be held from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Arabica Cafe, 59 Douglas Ave., Elgin. Join them for this cold season slow roll! They will start and end outside Arabica Cafe. You'll have the opportunity to buy a warm beverage after the ride. They will ride for about 5 miles at a family friendly pace.
