Kudos to Arlington Heights residents for passing the referendum that resulted in the Arlington Ridge Center. Every detail of the facility has been well planned out from the parking to the design to the functionality and to the wide opportunities that it offers. Kudos should also go to the staff and the directors led by Executive Director Steve Scholten. They have been nothing short of friendly and helpful.
Hopefully, Arlington Heights residents will now be insightful enough to pass the next referendum to improve other parks such as Frontier that are badly in need of updating. Our tax dollars are in good hands with the Arlington Heights Park District as they continue to serve our residents.
