2 teenagers charged with December attack on Chicago train

CHICAGO (AP) - Two teenage girls who turned themselves in to Chicago police after seeing their images posted on a crime alert have been charged in connection with an attack on a subway train.
The girls, ages 15 and 16, have been charged with robbery and aggravated battery for allegedly participating in the Dec. 29 robbery and the punching and kicking of two female passengers on Chicago Transit Authority train. The girls turned themselves in on Saturday.
Authorities say two other females and two males participated in the attack and haven't been apprehended as of Sunday.
Police said the two teens in custody are scheduled for a Monday bond hearing in Cook County Circuit Court.
