Three hurt in Third Lake crash

Three people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Saturday evening in Third Lake, officials said.

The crash occurred just after 5:20 p.m. at Rollins Road and U.S. 45, according to the Gurnee Fire Department.

Three people were taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville injuries that are not life-threatening.

The crash did not cause any major road closures, and Lake County sheriff's deputies directed traffic, which helped avoid any delays.
