GOP must end blind allegiance to Trump

I am a lifelong Democrat who believes our country is better off when we have two political parties who act in a bipartisan way to best serve the needs of our citizens.

However, the Republican Party is more interested in supporting a corrupt, self-serving President than all Americans.

Where is the party of Mark Hatfield, Nelson Rockefeller, Bob Dole, Evert Dirksen, William Proxmire, Chuck Percy and especially John McCain?

It's time for today's Republicans to put their oath of office above their blind allegiance to our President.
